The body is cast from H65 brass rather than coated steel, so the metal itself resists rust and oxidation instead of depending on a finish that can chip away. A further anti oxidation treatment is applied to the surface, which holds the warm copper tone stable through repeated cycles of rain, sun, and temperature change. At the largest size the fixture weighs close to 15 pounds, and that mass is what keeps it steady on an exposed post through wind and weather.
Light leaves the fixture through a high transparency tempered glass shade on every face, spreading output evenly rather than throwing a single bright pool directly below. The LED runs at three switchable color temperatures, 3000K, 4500K and 6000K, with violet and red accent options, so one fixture can read as warm lantern light at an entrance or as neutral light along a drive. Both a remote control and a wall switch are supported.
Power is what decides where this fixture can actually go. It accepts either a solar panel or a hardwired 110 to 220V supply, so it can sit on a fence post or gate pillar with no trenching and no electrician, or tie into an existing circuit where one is already present. An IP54 rating covers normal outdoor exposure, and three size specifications let the lantern be matched to the proportions of the pillar underneath it.
